Oral Sedation
Oral sedation uses common benzodiazepines such as Valium and Lorazepam. The sedative makes your feel drowsy and relieves most pain.
Nitrous Oxide
Nitrous oxide is administered through a mask and inhaled through the nose. it is also known as laughing gas because of the euphoric effects most people feel.
IV Sedation
IV sedation is the most serious form of sedation. An anesthesiologist is usually required because it is injected directly into the bloodstream.
Oral-Conscious Sedation
Oral-conscious sedation combines both oral sedation with nitrous oxide sedation for a deeper sedative.
